Overview
This Privacy Policy explains how Chippup handles information you provide when you create a parent account or contact us. This is a working draft and will be finalised before the programme opens. It does not make legal commitments that have not been configured.
Information we collect
When you register as a parent we collect your name, email address, country, and your consent preferences. When you contact us we collect the details you submit in the contact form. We do not collect child data during initial public signup beyond what is genuinely necessary.
Future child and voice data
The Chippup programme is still in development. When child profiles and any voice practice features are introduced, a specific privacy notice will describe how that data is handled, stored and deleted. No such data is collected at this stage.
Payments
Where payments are taken, they are processed by our payment provider in test/sandbox mode during this stage. No live payments are processed. Payment provider terms apply to payment data.
How we use information
To create and manage your account, to provide access to the programme when it opens, to respond to enquiries, and — only with your optional marketing consent — to send occasional updates.
Sharing
We do not sell your information. We share data only with service providers necessary to operate the platform (for example hosting and, where relevant, our payment provider) under their terms.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us. Applicable data-protection rights depend on your jurisdiction.
