About Chippup
Chippup is an educational voice-awareness and practice programme. It is not a medical product. It does not provide diagnosis, speech and language therapy, or mental-health treatment. These terms are a working draft and will be finalised before launch.
Not a substitute for professional care
Chippup does not replace assessment or treatment by qualified professionals. If you have concerns about your child’s speech, language, voice or development, please consult an appropriate healthcare professional or speech and language therapist.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account. Parent accounts are for adults. Child profiles, when introduced, will be managed by the parent account holder.
Access and payments
During this stage, payments (where taken) are processed in test/sandbox mode only — no live payments are processed. Access is granted according to your subscription and access status, which is managed within your account.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to access data you are not entitled to, or use Chippup in a way that is unlawful or harmful.
Changes
We may update these terms as the programme develops. Material changes will be communicated to account holders. This page is editable and will be replaced with the final approved terms before launch.
